If you wish to delete your Parvela account and all associated data, you can request deletion directly through the mobile app settings.
The fastest way to delete your account is from within the Parvela app:
Your account will be deactivated immediately. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days in accordance with our data retention policy.
If you no longer have the app installed, you can submit a deletion request by email:
We will process your request within 14 business days. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation.
